Being an engineer is easy, collaboration is the real challenge

As the final obstacle to achieving my degree in computer science at Rice University, all seniors have to take a one-semester course generally known as “senior design.” While I knew it would be a challenging course, I never knew how challenging the “non-CS” aspects of a team can be.
